PSM in the Digital Ecosystem: State-of-the Art and Research Priorities (12 November 2019) is the first of a series of stakeholder-academe workshops of our Research Network on Innovation in PSM Policies.

Goal

We are bringing together key PSM stakeholders and leading international scholars whose work, in exploring uncharted territories in PSM research, is helping to understand the complexities of today’s digital ecosystem from the perspective of public service.

Our goal for this workshop is to highlight future-forward research and consider how collaborative approaches might contribute to advancing such a research agenda.

Format

  • The format will be interactive to stimulate discussion and dialogue between different stakeholder communities.
  • The morning is dedicated to academic research, the afternoon focuses on applied research and scholar-industry collaborations. All participants are invited to attend both sessions.

Outcome

Thematic mapping and related literature review, based on the presentations and discussions. To be shared with all workshop participants. The review will feed into the subsequent workshops on participation, discoverability and broader visions for the future of PSM.
